The role requires deep SME and commercial insurance expertise, strong digital product instincts, and proven ability to translate strategy into revenue growth. Hybrid working and leadership across functions are key.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in UK general insurance.
• Strong SME insurance expertise with proven scale.
• Digital product and distribution experience shaping customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, proposition and operating model for a new SME insurance business.
• Lead design, partner selection, implementation and launch with end-to-end accountability.
• Own P&L, budget and five-year plan; drive growth and profitability.
