Mastercard seeks a senior risk leader to provide independent 2LoD oversight for Core Payments risk and governance. The role also serves as Chief Risk Officer for Real Time Payments International, partnering with executives to ensure disciplined risk-taking and effective controls across multiple jurisdictions.

• Deep expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks, governance and risk oversight.
• Experience in risk management leadership within financial services or other regulated industries.
• Ability to engage credibly with regulators, auditors and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent second-line-of-defense oversight of Core Payments risk profile and governance.
• Act as Chief Risk Officer for Real Time Payments International entities.
• Lead risk governance, issue management and executive reporting across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate risk reporting to senior leadership and escalation pathways.
• Embed disciplined risk-taking with business and technology leaders in line with risk appetite.
