New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) is recruiting a Chief Risk Officer for a rapidly evolving wealth management group. You will build the Group Risk function, define the risk operating model and embed governance across multiple entities.

You will partner with the executive team, lead risk governance, controls and oversight, and drive risk-informed decision making through ongoing integration and transformation programmes.

Formación

• Senior management experience in risk within wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record building risk frameworks and second line functions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate risk into business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the Group Risk function
• Create a consistent risk framework across multiple entities and business lines
• Own enterprise, operational and conduct risk management
• Strengthen risk governance, policies, controls and oversight
• Partner closely with Operations, Compliance and the leadership team
• Support integration activity during growth and transformation
• Ensure risk management is proportionate, commercial and embedded into decision-making
