The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will take full ownership of all revenue-generating functions across their platform. As a key member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value. From leading merchant growth and retention, to partnering with marketing and developing new revenue streams, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence every lever of the marketplace’s commercial success.
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in a senior commercial role within a UK or European online marketplace or e-commerce business. You’ll have a strong trading background, a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, and a track record of managing and scaling sizeable, high-performing teams. With end-to-end P&L ownership experience of revenues exceeding £30 million, you’ll be commercially analytical, financially astute, and confident operating at board level.
