An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated senior trainee (ST4 or above) interested in leadership, management, and quality improvement to join Northwick Park Hospital.
This is a fixed-term position for at least 12 months, including participation in the on-call rota. The chief registrar will have 40% protected time dedicated to developing leadership, management, and quality improvement skills. This includes participating in the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) bespoke development programme (September 2025-June 2026), which covers change management, team culture, quality improvement, leadership, influencing, and personal resilience. The role involves managing projects addressing local challenges and priorities, such as service improvement, engagement, education, workforce, and sustainability.
