Job summary

Octopus Electroverse is seeking a high‑impact Product leader to steer a lean, global product organization across B2C, B2B and licensing. You’ll define a clear product vision, align cross‑functional teams, and drive scalable design and execution within a fast‑moving EV charging platform.

You’ll report to the Founder, partner with senior leaders, and shape the operating model as Electroverse scales internationally. A deep product craft background and executive leadership experience are essential.

• Proven track record leading high-performing teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communicator bridging strategy and technical detail.
• Experience in organisational design and scaling teams.
• Executive level leadership with ownership and transparency.
• Deep understanding of Product and Engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product team across B2C, B2B, and Licensing verticals globally.
• Report to the Founder and shape wider business strategy.
• Translate strategy into a clear product vision with investments.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to convert strategy into execution.
• Unblock delivery, set context, and manage operational risk.
• Evolve team structures and career paths as Electroverse scales.
• Build relationships with suppliers, OEMs, CPOs, and enterprise clients.
• Oversee KPIs, initiative progress, and executive reporting.
• Stay ahead of product trends and refine operating model.
