Boots UK is seeking a Head of Product – Retail eCommerce to set the product vision and roadmap for Boots.com and in-store channels. You will lead a multi-year re-platforming program and drive a customer-led, data-informed product strategy across digital journeys.

You will coach Product Leads, Managers and Owners, align with technology, design, data, marketing and stores teams, and shape a high-performing product culture in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a Head of Product role or equivalent senior product leadership position in retail/eCommerce/omnichannel environments.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital trading, customer journeys and omnichannel fulfilment.
• Track record of leading product teams through complex digital change, including platform transformation and agile delivery at scale.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset balancing long-term vision with immediate business priorities, customer needs and constraints.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills empowering Product Leads, Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Strong customer and data orientation, with experience using product metrics, experimentation and insight to guide decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the product strategy, vision and roadmap for Boots' retail eCommerce journeys across digital and omnichannel touchpoints.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Leads, Product Managers and Product Owners with clear outcomes and high delivery discipline.
• Partner with Technology and Architecture to shape and deliver the re-platforming of the digital commerce stack.
• Champion a customer-first, data-informed, hypothesis-driven approach to product decisions.
• Drive the shift from project-led to product-led operating model with OKRs and outcome ownership.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across digital, stores, marketing, supply chain and technology.
