Job summary

Oak Furnitureland is seeking an experienced Lead Digital Product Manager to lead our Digital Product team and set the direction for our online experience. The role is hybrid with in-person days at Swindon Head Office on a Tuesday and Thursday.

You will own the product vision, roadmap and outcomes for ecommerce, showroom and telesales, leading a small team including UX designer and business analyst, while aligning with IT Transformation to modernise our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital product teams in UK ecommerce or omnichannel retail.
• Strong track record shaping product vision and strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital product roadmap, priorities and success metrics across online and multichannel routes.
• Lead and develop the Digital Product Owner, UX Designer and Business Analyst.
• Ensure discovery, analytics and customer insights drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and IT Transformation to align with strategic targets.
