Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an SEO/GEO Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of our SEO and GEO strategy for Boots.com across Health, Wellness, General Merchandise, and Beauty. You will align with trading, content, and tech teams to improve discoverability and AI-readiness, ensuring strong foundational SEO signals and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on technical SEO experience, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web technologies.
• Experience in AI search optimisation and GEO for large enterprise sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end organic growth strategies across traditional SEO and AI-driven search.
• Lead GEO strategy, optimise content and structured data for AI-generated answers.
• Identify growth opportunities across web, app, and in-store journeys using data.
• Run technical SEO and AI-readiness audits and prioritise fixes by impact.
• Collaborate with trading, category, content, and product teams to improve discoverability.
