Job summary

Fruition Group in Leeds seeks a Head of Product to own the vision across a growing B2B SaaS portfolio. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps and translate commercial goals into product outcomes.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on customer value, data-driven discovery and AI-enabled development. You will lead Product Owners and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to drive growth.

Qualifications

Senior product leadership across B2B SaaS or platform products.
Track record of setting strategy and roadmaps that deliver business value.
Strong commercial instincts and ability to connect decisions to customer value.
Confident working with senior stakeholders and strategic customers.
Experience coaching Product Managers or Product Owners.
AI-enabled approach to discovery, prototyping and development.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap across the group's products.
Work directly with the CEO and CTO to influence investment decisions.
Build strong customer relationships with senior stakeholders and major customers.
Lead and develop a team of Product Owners.
Champion modern product development with AI tools and rapid prototyping.
Unlock data value and identify new insights for product capabilities.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to align strategy and delivery.
