Job summary

UKNNL is seeking a Head of Platforms to define and deliver the enterprise platform strategy, overseeing cloud, infrastructure, networking, identity and end-user computing. You will drive modernisation, governance and automation, ensuring security, resilience and regulatory compliance across platforms.

The role requires senior leadership, stakeholder management at executive level, and the ability to work within a heavily regulated environment while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience managing enterprise platforms in a regulated organisation.
• Proven experience defining and delivering platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, end user computing, identity and access management, and core technology services.
• Experience leading large-scale platform operations with accountability for availability and resilience.
• Ability to operate within regulatory, risk, security and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise platform strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead design, engineering and evolution of enterprise platforms (cloud, infrastructure, networking, identity, end user computing).
• Drive platform modernisation, standardisation and automation to improve resilience and efficiency.
• Ensure platforms are secure, compliant and available through governance and operations oversight.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, testing and continual improvement activities.
