National Grid plc is hiring a Platform Technical Lead for Enterprise Network Services in Warwick. The role shapes the platform's technical direction, partnering with UK/US teams to deliver high‑uptime LAN/WAN, security, and automation initiatives in a hybrid work model.

You will own governance, drive modernization, and champion Zero Trust principles while building scalable, observable network services and repeatable patterns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex network/platform initiatives.
• Hands-on with network automation and integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network technologies and security.
• Experience in multi‑vendor, global environments (US/UK).

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and multi‑year roadmap for the ENS platform.
• Lead architecture governance and standards across networks, cloud, and security.
• Drive modernization, OT/IT convergence, and automation initiatives.
• Mentor engineering teams and communicate with stakeholders across regions.
