Job summary

JMC Aviation is recruiting a Chief Pilot / Flight Operations Manager to lead flight operations from the South East of England. This senior leadership role requires commercial awareness, regulatory judgement and the ability to maintain high safety, compliance and crew performance across a multi-type rotary-wing fleet.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure robust regulatory oversight, act as the interface with crews, customers and the UK CAA, and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• UK CAA CPL(H) or ATPL(H) holder.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Experience leading rotorcraft flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight crew and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with UK CAA and OPS Manual.
• Maintain safety culture and high crew performance.
• Interface with customers, regulators and management.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and readiness.
• Support audits, regulatory visits and corrective actions.
• Contribute to manuals, procedures, and regulatory submissions.
