Aviva plc is seeking a Head of People Transformation to own the people transformation plan for large, multi-year change programmes within Aviva UK General Insurance (GI). You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape the People Plan, and drive capability development across the GI function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people transformation portfolio across major business change initiatives in our UK & Ireland GI businesses, ensuring people impacts are understood, planned for, and delivered effectively.
• Develop and own the People Plan and road map for transformation programmes, aligning it with business goals and ensuring smooth delivery
• Assess and develop resource requirements for both Business and People function teams involved in transformation.
• Manage key person dependencies, including planning for transitions and offboarding of business resources deployed to change activity.
• Shape future capability by identifying and growing the distinctive skills needed to realise the future vision of the business unit or function.
• Plan, track and monitor project activity and keep relevant stakeholders up to date weekly on plans and issues, such as People Director, Finance and business partners across various areas.
