Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will drive organisational improvement, sustainability and inclusive leadership at scale across Greater Manchester and beyond,

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale workforce, organisational development and cultural transformation within a complex organisation.
• Influence workforce strategy at place, system and regional levels across Greater Manchester.
• Contribute to shaping future mental health services with an inclusive leadership approach.
• Provide visible, authentic leadership that inspires confidence, trust and compassionate care.
• Report to the Chief Executive and work with the Board and Executive Team.
