Job summary

Clifford Chance LLP in London seeks an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to lead the CT&A Knowledge, Training and Thought Leadership team, specialising in company law and corporate governance. You will ensure up-to-date knowhow, templates, and client materials, and work with global colleagues.

You will drive training, thought leadership, and the adoption of AI tools, collaborating with partners and specialists to deliver high-quality, efficient legal services across the CT&A product group.

Qualifications

• Senior Knowledge Lawyer PSL with extensive experience in company law and corporate governance.
• Experience in M&A knowledge sharing and training would be beneficial.
• Proactive leader with strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CT&A Knowledge, Training and TL team, including performance management and strategic priorities.
• Drive knowledge management, templates and client communications on company law and governance.
• Collaborate with Governance Team and external committees (CLLS/Law Society) on developments.
• Deliver training and thought leadership on company law and governance.
• Promote AI and legal technology adoption to enhance matter delivery.
