Job summary

Cambridge Consultants seeks a Head of Internal Communications to architect the strategic narrative and deliver a global programme. You will partner with the CEO Office and Global Leadership Team to translate strategy into clear, trusted messages for engineers, scientists, and consultants across multiple sites.

The role oversees strategy, channels, calendar, editorial standards, tools, budget, and measurement, in a hybrid pattern with frequent Cambridge office presence.

Qualifications

• Substantial internal communications experience in a results-driven environment.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling with accuracy for a technical audience.
• Proven success using AI-native approaches and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as communications partner to the CEO Office and trusted adviser to Global Leadership Team on strategic messaging.
• Develop a single strategic narrative anchored in the Strategy Blueprint and cascade it across the organisation.
• Lead transformation communications to sustain momentum and confidence through change programmes.
• Design and embed a cascaded communications model with toolkit and talking points for leaders.
• Establish measurement and governance to improve communications effectiveness.
