Job summary

Prevail is seeking a senior leader to direct its Intelligence capability in the UK. You will set technical and governance standards, lead delivery teams and oversee multiple contracts with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

You will shape analytical tradecraft, develop talent and drive growth through strategic engagements across government, international and commercial markets. Occasional travel within the UK and abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior intelligence experience in UK government, military or policing contexts.
• Experience delivering intelligence commercially in consultancy or private sectors.
• Proven ability to build, lead and scale an intelligence capability with strong quality standards.
• Deep knowledge of intelligence cycle, collection requirements and analytical tradecraft.
• Strong OSINT and data-led analysis knowledge and tooling.
• Understanding of UK legal/compliance frameworks (RIPA, UK GDPR, Data Protection Act).
• Proven business development and revenue growth experience.
• Experience leading senior teams and managing complex programmes or portfolios.
• Eligible for UK Security Check clearance and five years' UK residency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the direction for Prevail’s Intelligence capability and act as its senior accountable leader.
• Establish and maintain analytical standards, tradecraft, quality assurance and governance.
• Lead and develop intelligence delivery leads and senior analysts across teams.
• Maintain oversight of intelligence contracts, programmes and delivery risk.
• Ensure intelligence is resourced and held to the same standards within wider operations.
• Lead workforce and succession planning with clear development pathways.
• Own development of intelligence tooling and technical capability.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and leading client engagements across markets.
• Support management of complex operational issues and client concerns.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Director of Intelligence and Security.
