Job summary

Oxfam GB is seeking an exceptional fundraising leader to become Chief Income Officer, overseeing income generation across fundraising, supporter engagement and retail. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team and shape growth during a period of change.

The ideal candidate will have senior fundraising experience, a proven income growth track record, strategic leadership skills and a commitment to Oxfam’s feminist leadership principles.

• Strong income generation experience at senior level.
• Proven track record of income growth and fundraising success.
• Experience as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
