Job summary

Keys Academies Trust is seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead the Trust's inclusion strategy and support school leaders in delivering high-quality provision for every learner. The role requires working across the newly merged trust, with significant time in schools alongside a head office base.

No visa sponsorship is available; start date is January 2027 or by discussion. You will shape, develop and implement strategic plans as part of the Executive Team and lead across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Experienced leader with a track record of inclusive practice
• Proven ability to drive improvements in outcomes for children and young people
• Strong understanding of SEND, inclusion and safeguarding priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead strategically on all areas of inclusion across the Trust
• Support school leaders to deliver high-quality provision for all learners
• Drive consistently high standards across all schools
• Foster a culture where students aim high and receive fair, tailored support
• Shape, develop and implement Trust strategic plans as part of the Executive Team
