Job summary

Keys Academies Trust is seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead on all areas of inclusion and support school leaders to deliver excellent educational provision for all learners. The post sits on the Executive Team and will help shape and implement Trust strategic plans across the merged trust with Thomas Deacon Education Trust.

The role requires an experienced leader with a strong track record in inclusive practice, safeguarding, and educational priorities, and will be based at the Trust Head

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving inclusive practice and improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Excellent strategic, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of SEN/D, inclusion, safeguarding, and current educational priorities.
