Job summary

Keys Academies Trust is seeking an exceptional Director of Secondary to provide strategic leadership across our secondary schools, driving high standards and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Trust Executive Team and help deliver the strategic vision.

As the Trust grows through merger, you will safeguard inclusion and improved outcomes for learners, working with leaders to ensure statutory compliance and strong practice across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic leadership within education institutions.
• Strong governance, safeguarding and inclusion focus.

Keys Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Secondary to provide strategic leadership across our secondary schools, driving high standards, strong outcomes and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the Trust's strategic vision and will be a member of the Trust Executive Team.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders to strengthen practice, ensure statutory compliance, and drive continuous improvement, helping every child to feel safe and supported to reach their full potential.

Salary will be paid at L30 - L36 (£109,291- £126,587)

Role: Permanent, Full Time, 52 Weeks

Location: Trust Head Office with significant time in schools

Start Date: January 2027 or by negotiation
