Pathway Trust is seeking a Director of Inclusion to provide executive-level strategic leadership across Pathway Trust, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour, and provision for vulnerable learners. You will advise the CEO, Leadership Team and Trustees, designing trust-wide systems and leading policy implementation to drive cultural integration.

You will lead inclusive strategies, oversee safeguarding, and manage the trust SEND lead while collaborating with Local Authorities and multi-agency

Qualificações

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and degree-level education.
Experience in senior leadership roles in a school or MAT with impact on attendance and outcomes for vulnerable learners.
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, SEND, and alternative provision frameworks.
Ability to analyse complex performance data to inform decisions and manage risk.
Strong communication and relationship-building with Local Authorities and multi-agency partners.

Responsabilidades

Lead the trust’s response to national policy reforms and translate guidance into an inclusion strategy.
Develop trust-wide inclusion strategies and ensure robust operational systems.
Lead attendance and relational behaviour frameworks to reduce absences and exclusions.
Oversee SEND, disadvantaged, and LAC support with funding usage; line manage SEND lead.
Ensure safeguarding compliance and reporting to Trustees; manage safeguarding lead.
