Pathway Trust in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Director of Inclusion to provide executive-level strategic leadership across the trust, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and provision for vulnerable learners. You will advise the CEO, leadership team and trustees, designing trust-wide systems, leading policy implementation and driving cultural integration across Pathway Trust.

• Significant senior leadership experience within a school or trust setting.
• Ability to analyse complex performance data to inform decisions and manage risk.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive-level strategic leadership across Pathway Trust to secure standards in safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and provision for vulnerable learners.
• Advise the CEO, Leadership Team and Trustees; design trust-wide systems and lead policy implementation.
• Drive cultural integration across Pathway Trust and oversee safeguarding compliance and risk reporting to Trustees.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, multi-agency services and external providers for EHCP processes and safeguarding partnerships.
