Qualifications

• Experience leading formulation and process development in GMP environments.
• Track record in CMC strategy and regulatory submissions.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and process development strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Provide strategic direction across Formulation Development, Analytical Support, M&S, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Act as senior CMC SME advising on development pathways and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee tech transfer, scale-up, PPQ, and preparation for commercial manufacture.
• Guide regulatory submissions and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing scientific team.
