  • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with standards.
  • Identifies and mitigates financial risks including currency fluctuations and interest rates.
  • Manages the company's debt, equity, and investments.
  • Monitors the organization's ability to meet short-term liabilities.
  • Ensures adherence to local regulations and implements internal controls.
  • Leads Organizations Tax file and VAT functions.

The Chief Financial Officer(CFO) will lead company Finance & Accounts. We believe in Users satisfaction, Priority in social responsibility, To reach in hub of the farmers as well.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Acts as a primary advisor to the Managing Directors on long-term business strategy, resource allocation, and market expansion.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversees the creation of annual budgets and detailed financial forecasting models to predict future revenue and expenses.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates financial risks, including currency fluctuations, interest rates, and cybersecurity threats to financial data.
  • Capital Structure & Fundraising: Manages the company's debt, equity, and investments.
  • Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Monitors the organization's ability to meet short-term liabilities and maintains optimal cash levels for operations.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensures adherence to local regulations and implements internal controls to prevent fraud.
  • Tax & VAT: Lead Organizations Tax file & VAT functions as well as maintain as per compliance.
