This company delivers high-impact services in app development, digital transformation, and strategic resourcing to an expanding client base across the UK.
Now entering an accelerated phase of growth, the business is deploying a buy & build strategy to consolidate the fragmented market, targeting synergistic acquisitions and aiming for a significant uplift in EBITDA over the next 24 months.
This role will suit a high-calibre CFO with a background in IT services, data, digital consulting, or professional services, who brings deep experience in M&A execution, finance transformation, and exit preparation within a private equity setting.
The Role:
You will be a true partner to the CEO, delivering financial and strategic leadership across a multi-entity group.
