Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Build strong banking and investor relations, and manage capital raising initiatives if required.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams to align financial goals with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across global offices.

Qualifications & Experience
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Experience working in multinational environments with exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, and currency management.
• Deep understanding of capital investment and project-based financial management.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
