After nearly a decade of leadership, our CEO has announced he will be stepping down and we are now seeking our next leader to enable Stonewater to achieve its vision for everyone to have the opportunity to have a place that they can call home. We are looking for someone who is truly inspirational, who will work collaboratively with our board and Chief Officer Group to develop our future strategic direction. Our new CEO will spearhead how we continue to grow our business, innovate and provide excellent services for our customers.

We are a hybrid business, and you will be adept at being a visible figurehead with our employees, board, customers and stakeholders across the geography in which we operate.

We need a CEO who will continue to ignite our social purpose, balancing this with our ambition to deliver innovative services for customers and local partners. Ideally, you will be a proven chief executive from the social housing sector, or an executive director who has experience of working in a large, national housing provider. We are looking for a leader who builds relationships founded on respect, honesty and transparency. Moreover, you will be someone who isn’t afraid to challenge our thinking.
