Weston Hospicecare Limited is seeking a Chief Executive to steer the charity’s next chapter, ensuring outstanding care while navigating a complex healthcare and charitable landscape. Reporting to the Chair and Board of Trustees, you will shape strategy, champion innovation and secure long-term sustainability and impact.

Qualifications

Significant executive or board-level leadership experience.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Experience working with boards, trustees and complex stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Lead the organisation's strategic direction and sustainability.
Forge partnerships with NHS, Integrated Care System, local authorities and voluntary sector.
Drive innovation, change and digital transformation.
Inspire a high-performing, inclusive culture for staff and volunteers.
Represent hospice care as an influential community ambassador.
