Job summary

Weston Hospicecare is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead one of the South West's most respected charities, providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to our local community.

Reporting to the Chair and Board of Trustees, you will steer the charity's strategic direction, champion innovation and collaboration, and secure sustainable impact for our patients, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Significant executive or board-level leadership experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience working with boards, trustees and complex stakeholder groups.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• A collaborative and emotionally intelligent leadership style.
• A deep commitment to the values and purpose of hospice care.
