Job summary

Boxxe Group is seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing engineering organisation. Translate company strategy into a clear engineering vision, ensure robust execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading and scaling engineering teams in a product-focused organisation.
Experience building high-performing functions and growing engineering leaders.
Strong software engineering background with architecture and delivery expertise.
Experience delivering complex customer-facing products, SaaS platforms or services.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
