Resident Advisor is seeking an engineering leader in London to own Engineering, DevOps, Core Platform and Apps. You will shape architecture, delivery, and risk management while guiding a team through a major transition.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a strong focus on AI-enabled tooling and scalable systems. The position offers hybrid work with in-office presence in London, and an annual salary range of £100,000 to £140,000 plus benefits.

Competenze

• Ten years or more leading engineering organisations (Head of Engineering / CTO or equivalent).
• Experience in high-traffic consumer platforms, payments, ticketing or related infra.
• Proven ability to raise delivery pace and ship more safely.

Mansioni

• Own engineering delivery across web, mobile and core platform. Define scoping, estimation, review and release cycles.
• Own architecture and multi-year plan; decide what to rebuild or replace.
• Lead reliability, performance, security and data protection with strong controls.
