Qualifications

Experience in a Chief Engineer/Technical Authority role within complex programmes.
Strong systems engineering and integration background across full lifecycle.
Experience in defence, government, or regulated environments with multiple stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of modelling & simulation, LVC, and training systems.
Proven ability to govern complex technical architectures and data exploitation.
Experience with SAFe, Agile, DevSecOps, MBSE and related delivery approaches.
Familiarity with data-centric architectures and interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering leadership and act as Technical Authority for the programme.
Own the technical architecture, strategy, and roadmap for modular, secure systems.
Lead modelling, simulation, synthetic environments, and LVC integration.
Govern data architecture, analytics, and training outcomes to support readiness.
Champion interoperability standards (HLA, DIS) across NATO/Coalition partners.
Build relationships with MOD/NATO/industry stakeholders to enable delivery.
