Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a strategic Product Architect to shape the global Data Intelligence Platform. You will lead enterprise-scale data architecture across cloud, analytics, automation and AI, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding adoption at scale.

This hybrid role blends work across offices, client sites, and remote settings. You will own the platform roadmap, drive data governance, and lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and data specialists.

Qualifications

Significant experience designing and leading enterprise-scale data platforms in complex global organisations.
Deep expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Delta Lake, and AI/ML solutions.
Proven ability to define enterprise technology strategy and translate business objectives into architectural outcomes.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Experience driving organisational change and building consensus across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Passion for innovation and a strong understanding of emerging trends in data, analytics, cloud, and AI.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term vision, architecture, and strategy for our Data Intelligence Platform.
Lead the evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing data services supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
Shape the adoption of AI, Generative AI, analytics, and emerging technologies across the platform.
Establish data governance, integration, and architecture standards that align with CIS business priorities.
Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Delivery, Transformation, and Shared Services to maximise platform value and adoption.
Influence strategic technology decisions and build alignment across global stakeholders.
Own the platform roadmap, investment priorities, and innovation agenda.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and data specialists.
Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business outcomes for executive audiences.
