Ayvens UK is seeking a Head of Data & Insight to define and execute the data strategy aligned with business priorities. You will guide executives on data opportunities, oversee cloud migration from legacy systems, and champion data governance across a multi-team environment.

The role requires leading a diverse data office, managing budgets and supplier relationships, and delivering enterprise data products and self-service BI solutions that drive data-driven decisions across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Significant senior leadership experience across data, analytics and governance.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise data strategies in regulated environments.
• Experience leading cloud transformation programmes and legacy-to-cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Power BI and modern data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Ayvens UK’s data strategy and operating model.
• Advise the Board and senior leaders on data opportunities and risks.
• Modernise data landscape from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
• Govern data quality, privacy, lineage and regulatory compliance.
• Lead data retention, governance, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Develop data products and self-service BI capabilities.
