Langley Trust is seeking a Head of Chaplaincy to provide strategic Christian leadership across the organisation and to develop the chaplaincy team. You will strengthen relationships with churches and partners while helping clients, staff, volunteers and supporters encounter the love of Christ.

The role is permanent and full-time (37 hours per week), home-based with regular travel to our Central Office in Coventry and across England, offering a salary of £56,672 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience leading chaplaincy or church-based teams.
• Proven leadership in Christian settings with ability to mentor staff.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide inspiring Christian leadership across Langley Trust and nurture spiritual growth.
• Lead and develop a chaplaincy team, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring chaplains.
• Plan and deliver faith-based activities and programmes to bring the love of Christ to life.
• Champion Langley Trust's Christian identity and shape mission and values.
• Build relationships with churches, prison chaplaincies and Christian organisations.
• Work with senior leaders to promote a Christ-centred culture and deputise for the Director of Chaplaincy when needed.
