Job summary

Langley Trust is seeking an experienced Head of Chaplaincy to provide strategic Christian leadership, develop the chaplaincy team, and strengthen relationships with churches and partners. The role is home-based with regular travel to our Central Office in Coventry across England, offering a salary of £56,672 per annum.

Qualifications

• Strong Christian leadership experience in a church, chaplaincy, or Christian organisation.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to teach and relate to diverse audiences.
• Organised, creative, self-motivated leader with influencing skills and pastoral care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspired Christian leadership across Langley Trust and nurture spiritual growth for clients, staff and volunteers.
• Lead, develop and support a chaplaincy team, recruiting, training, coaching and mentoring chaplains.
• Plan and deliver retreats, Alpha courses, prayer initiatives and faith-based activities.
