Langley Trust Coventry, England, United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Head of Chaplaincy to provide strategic Christian leadership across the organisation. This role leads the chaplaincy team, strengthens relationships with churches and partners, and helps create opportunities for clients, staff, volunteers and supporters to encounter the love of Christ.

Qualifikationen

• Committed Christian with strong biblical foundation.
• Proven leadership within a church, chaplaincy, or Christian organisation.
• Excellent communicator capable of teaching and representing the faith.

Aufgaben

• Provide inspiring Christian leadership across Langley Trust, nurturing spiritual growth through prayer, worship, teaching, devotions and faith development opportunities.
• Lead, develop and support a chaplaincy team, recruiting, training, coaching and mentoring chaplains.
• Plan and deliver retreats, Alpha courses, training events and faith-based activities.
• Champion Langley Trust's Christian identity and organisational mission.
• Build relationships with churches, prison chaplaincies and Christian organisations.
• Work with senior leaders to drive objectives and deputise for the Director of Chaplaincy when required.
