Viridor Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting a National Chief Control & Instrumentation Engineer to lead 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday across all UK sites. Viridor is at the forefront of waste management and resource recovery in the UK, operating the largest network of Energy Recovery Facilities (ERFs). We play a crucial role in supporting the UK's climate goals by diverting waste from landfills and transforming it into valuable energy resources.

We have an opportunity for a National Chief Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The salary for this role is competitive, includes a car allowance, a nd participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.

The Chief C&I Engineer shall support the existing sites teams using relevant experience and skills focusing on applications such as DCS, functional safety systems, PLCs and cyber security.

It will require a close working relationship with the other members of the Central Engineering Team.

This is a national role covering all our UK sites where you will act as subject matter expert, setting standards and driving best practise. A full driving license is required for the role.
