Corecom Consulting seeks a Director of Architecture & Security to shape technology strategy and governance as the business scales, with UK remote working and strategic impact across AI governance and security.

You will own the architecture, security posture and compliance, lead international expansion readiness, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to align technology with commercial aims.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise architecture experience and ability to design and govern complex technology estates.
• Experience delivering technology strategy translated into actionable roadmaps.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001 security standards.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting international expansion, including US market.
• Proven track record in AI governance and security.

Responsabilités

• Own the technology strategy and roadmap aligning architecture and security priorities with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, platforms, internal systems, data and third-party services.
• Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks for scalability.
• Own security posture, data governance, risk management and controls.
• Lead certification and compliance efforts (ISO 42001, SOC 2).
• Oversee AI governance including model oversight and guardrails.
• Define integration strategy to connect with client and partner systems.
• Oversee internal IT including device management and IAM.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to set priorities.
• Build architecture and IT capability as the organisation grows.
• Support international expansion initiatives.
