Job summary

Moneybox is hiring a Head of AI Platforms & Deployment to own the AI platform strategy and to build the deployment team from the ground up. You will manage risk, governance, and vendor relationships while shaping a multi-year platform roadmap that aligns with business goals.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Tech Ops, and scale AI capabilities that enable safe, scalable deployment of AI across Moneybox’s services. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineers and managers with budgets and vendors.
• Owned an AI platform or enablement capability in the last 2–3 years.
• Experience building or scaling a team and working across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI platform strategy and delivery roadmap with ROI focus.
• Build and lead the AI Deployment team and set delivery standards.
• Own perimeter safety and governance for AI deployments with Tech Ops.
• Own platform cost management, forecasting and usage optimization.
• Oversee hosting of customer-facing AI models and related ops.
