Job summary

Moneybox is building an AI Deployment team to deliver on a company-wide AI Platforms strategy. The Senior AI Deployment Engineer will be a forward-deployed engineer who ships AI-enabled solutions in production, focusing on safe, scalable Python-based implementations and API integrations.

The role emphasizes production-grade LLM workflows, guardrails, evals, cost and latency optimization, and collaboration with Decisioning and Data Science teams to deliver load-bearing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with meaningful production ownership.
• Has built and shipped LLM-powered systems that ran in production.
• Production-grade Python as your primary language.
• LLM-powered systems in production: real-world experience with APIs, orchestration and guardrails.
• Evals and quality: designing evaluation sets for ML/LLM steps.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate AI-enabled solutions with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Turn engagement patterns into robust production systems with proper evals and cost controls.
