Role Overview

Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through sales, cost management, and delivering our brand. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.

Role Responsibilities

  • Leading by example with high standards of behaviour, maintaining brand integrity
  • Driving and exemplifying customer service standards to exceed expectations
  • Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
  • Analyzing financial data and using local knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making
  • Ensuring the store operates within budget through effective scheduling and cost controls
  • Planning and organizing to implement the retail plan successfully
  • Liaising with Head Office to optimize stock management
  • Adhering to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention
  • Executing visual merchandising standards, including sales and seasonal launches
  • Complying with all policies, procedures, and legal obligations, including GDPR
  • Assuming store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure continued success
