Job summary

Chevron, part of Ramudden Global UK, is seeking a Traffic Management Operative (Qualified) in Telford. The role requires M1–M6 qualifications, a clean full driving licence, and a positive, can-do attitude. You will join a safety-focused team with opportunities for on-call duties and occasional travel.

Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime, weekend work, and access to company benefits including a bonus scheme and career development through the internal academy.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: M1 M2 M3 M4 M5 M6, SLG Unit 2 will be considered.
• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points; bans must have expired 5+ years ago.
• Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
• Traffic Management Training is subject to signing a training agreement.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new trainees and guide teammates as they learn the ropes.
• Work flexibly, including weekends, nights, and occasional work away, as required.

Hours: Guaranteed 48 HPW plus OT opportunities, must be flexible to work weekends!

Day shifts are typical, but flexibility is key - you'll need to be open to evenings, nights, weekends, working away during peak periods, and joining the on-call rota, especially if you have access to a company van

As a Traffic Management Operative, the following requirements are essential!

• Qualifications: M1 M2, M3 M4 M5 M6, SLG Unit 2 will be considered
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
• Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
• Attitude: Positive, "can-do" mindset.
• Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Able to work weekends, nights and work away, if and when required.
• Mentor New Trainees: Share your knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.
