Job summary

Athona Nursing is recruiting Band 6 Chemo Nurses for an NHS hospital in Cosham, Portsmouth. Immediate start. Ongoing contract with hours Monday to Friday; both part-time and full-time options available. Must hold NMC registration, SACT Passport, and chemotherapy experience, with haematology/oncology exposure.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Current SACT Passport is essential.
Previous chemotherapy experience.
Experience within haematology and tumour/oncology services.

Responsibilities

Provide chemotherapy care in the hospital chemotherapy department.
Support patients undergoing cancer treatment and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
Deliver high standards of nursing care in a fast-paced oncology setting.
Participate in ongoing revalidation and professional development.
