Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Lancaster (LA1) on a full-time maternity cover starting 6 October 2026. Lancaster (LA1) Full-Time Maternity Cover Start Date: 6th October 2026

Are you a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher looking for your next opportunity?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Lancaster (LA1) on a full-time basis to cover a maternity leave. This role will commence on 6th October 2026 and offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and well-established Science department.

The Role

As a Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop their scientific knowledge and curiosity. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while supporting students to achieve their full potential.
