Job summary

Chemistry Teacher Kings Langley

Supply Desk are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Chemistry Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in the Kings Langley area from September.

This exciting full-time opportunity is suited to a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities for Key Stage 5 depending on experience). The school is looking for an individual who can create a positive and engaging classroom environment, inspire pupils to achieve their best in science, and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering well-structured and engaging lessons, assessing and monitoring pupil progress, conducting safe laboratory practicals, and maintaining effective communication with parents and carers. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider school community through involvement in enrichment activities, school events, and extra-curricular clubs.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or relevant science teaching qualification
  • Secondary science classroom experience with a strong focus on Chemistry
  • Passion for the development of learning
