A global engineering firm in Hull is offering a Graduate Programme designed for new engineering graduates. The program includes eight 3-month placements across various business areas, enhancing critical skills required for a successful engineering career. Participants will gain hands-on experience, continue receiving mentoring from seasoned professionals, and have opportunities for growth in a diverse, global organization. Our Graduate Programme follows the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) competencies and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field services; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IChemE. After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders. Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK programme also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate led European network for engineering graduates.
