Job summary

Box Recruitment Group is recruiting for Chefs on the Lincolnshire Coast with immediate start and live-in accommodation available. You will join a busy kitchen, take ownership of your section and deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with on-site accommodation, uniform provision, and access to staff discounts and career progression opportunities. Evening, weekend, and bank holiday work may be required.

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food to company standards.
• Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintaining excellent food presentation and portion control.
• Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety standards.
• Supporting stock rotation, ordering and deliveries.
• Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members where required.

The Role
